Shipping Policy

We can offer Free Shipping to all UK orders when you purchase over £100 or above. 

For destinations in United Kingdom:

£4 on orders below £100. Standard Royal Mail 1st class tracked delivery to all UK customers excluding Northern Ireland.  Northern Ireland will be counted as International mail £6. 

Delivery time:

approximately 3-5 days in business days.

Express delivery is available at the rate of £10 across the UK. Delivery time: 1-2 business days. Sunday orders will be processed on next Monday. 

 

For destinations in Europe and International:

Online orders may be delivered to the following countries:

 

- EUROPE: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Sweden, Spain, United Kingdom.

- AMERICA: USA, Canada.

-ASIA: Singapore, Australia, Japan and South Korea. 

The following delivery options may be offered depending on the delivery region and the availability of your creation. You may get an estimated delivery date once your selection is in your basket.

 

- Standard delivery – 3 to 5 days

- Express delivery – 1 to 2 days

- Morning delivery – Before 9 am or 12 am

- Saturday delivery

- On demand delivery – selection of date and time slot

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Please contact us at bastet.jewellery@outlook.com should you have any questions or problems found about your order delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

Exchange/ Return Policy:

Due to hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns or exchanges for necklaces, earrings & any sales items but we accept returns for other items at Free within 7 days of receipt: no return shipping costs. The item must be returned in new and unused condition. 

Please write to us at bastet.jewellery@outlook.com our team advises you next steps and get this sorted. 

 

Exchange/ Return Policy:

7 days of warranty for any damage after purchase upon the presentation of valid order confirmation email and returned item(s) photo in email if it depends on material supply instead. No return shipping costs. 

Please contact us at bastet.jewellery@outlook.com should you wish to exchange/ cancel your order. We will process on a case by case basis. 

Refund Policy:

Only regular priced products can be refunded, sales items cannot be refunded or exchanged. 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in good & resell-able condition. It must also be returned in original packaging.

If you wish to perform any refund, please write to us at bastet.jewellery@outlook.com and customers will have to pay the shipping fee (£4.95) to exchange or refund any item.

 

We accept return shipping via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Please allow 5-10 working days to process your refund after receiving your return.
